Promotional Terms & Conditions – Lister’s Caravan Hire

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, discounts, competitions, and incentives provided by Lister’s Caravan Hire. By using or claiming a promotional offer, you agree to these terms in addition to our main Booking Terms & Conditions.

1. General Promotional Terms

  • All promotions are offered at the discretion of Lister’s Caravan Hire and may be amended, withdrawn, or ended at any time without notice.
  • Promotional offers apply to new bookings only and cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Promotions apply to the accommodation price only and do not include refundable security deposits, entertainment passes, or optional extras.
  • Promotions are valid only when booking directly with Lister’s Caravan Hire and do not apply to third-party booking platforms.
  • Unless explicitly stated, only one promotion may be applied per booking.
  • Promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

2. Caravan-Specific Promotions

  • Promotional offers apply only to the specific caravan stated in the promotion.
  • Guests may not change, swap, or upgrade to a different caravan when using a promotional offer.
  • For example, if a promotion is offered following a stay in a specific caravan, the promotion will apply only to a future stay in that same caravan.
  • Promotional offers are subject to availability of the relevant caravan and applicable booking dates.

3. Refer a Friend Promotions

  • The referred guest must be a new customer who has not previously booked with Lister’s Caravan Hire.

  • The referred booking must be confirmed and the required deposit paid before any referral reward is applied.

  • Referral rewards are non-transferable and may only be used once per booking.

  • Referral rewards cannot be combined with other referral rewards unless explicitly stated.

  • The value of referral rewards may vary and will be confirmed at the time the promotion is advertised.

  • When booking, the new guest must provide the full name of the person who referred them. The referrer must also contact Lister’s Caravan Hire to confirm the referral.

  • No personal booking details will be shared between referrers and referred guests.

4. Social Media Competitions & Giveaways

  • This includes promotions such as “Like, Share & Tag to Win”.
  • Entrants must follow all stated entry requirements to qualify.
  • Winners will be selected fairly, and the decision of Lister’s Caravan Hire is final.
  • Prize details, including caravan, dates, and length of stay, will be clearly stated in the promotion.
  • Free or discounted stays remain subject to standard booking terms and park rules.
  • Prizes cannot be exchanged, resold, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
  • Any misuse of the promotion, including fake or duplicate accounts, may result in disqualification.

5. Review & Loyalty Offers

  • From time to time, guests may be offered a discount or incentive for leaving an honest review.
  • Review-based promotions apply only when actively advertised and are not permanent offers.
  • Where applicable, review-based promotions are linked to the specific caravan stayed in and may only be used for a future stay in that same caravan.
  • Guests must notify Lister’s Caravan Hire once their review has been posted in order to claim the promotion.
  • The value and validity period of review or loyalty offers may vary between promotional periods.

6. Validity & Availability

  • All promotions are subject to caravan availability and applicable booking dates.

  • Promotions may be withdrawn if availability changes or booking conditions are not met.

  • Promotional discounts cannot be applied to existing confirmed bookings.
