Do you offer online bookings?

At the moment we take bookings by enquiry only. This allows us to check availability, confirm details, and make sure the caravan is suitable for your group before confirming.

Are entertainment passes included?

No. Our bookings are for the caravan accommodation only. Entertainment passes are subject to Parkdean Resorts’ availability and rules and must be purchased separately if available.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required to secure your booking. Full details are provided when your enquiry is confirmed.

Are pets allowed?

Some caravans allow pets and some do not. Please tell us if you’re bringing a pet so we can check the correct caravan for you.

Can I change or cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancellation and refund terms are explained in our Booking Terms & Conditions. Please review these before submitting an enquiry.
